Where has all the money gone?
So we look at THREE things...
1. Job flow... where are new jobs being created...
2. People flow... where are people moving to... they move to where the Jobs are flowing...
3. Cashflow... where the Jobs and the People are flowing to is where the CASH IS FLOWING to... GET IT ;-)
So GO WITH THE FLOW.
