***************************************

Good evening,

I am very excited to be writing to you..

This past week we took My Private Classroom public and over 1000 people flooded into the site in a few days.

It has been a very exciting time for those of us that have been busy preparing the site..which is our GIFT to the industry.

We wanted to provide F.REE basic training on social media for EVERYBODY.

And we have done just that.

But silly me...

I thought that people would realize that this is a TRAINING site...

Not a spam recruiting site.

90% of you are extremely gracious and excited...

And I want to thank you for your enthusiasm in learning.

You see...

A teacher loves a learner...

And I am looking for LEARNERS.

People who REALLY want a successful home business just like I did 9 years ago.

So when I put this site together I envisioned a UTOPIA where colleagues could honor and assist one another.

But some of you I think just DON'T GET IT...

And instead of presiding over a beautiful resource I have had to have my staff spend time deleting the offers that people are COMPELLED to put up even after they agreed not to do that when they signed up for the site.

So...

I wanted to write to all of you.

Welcome you and tell you how important this project is to me.

I hope it will be important to you.

I want to change the face of our industry and bring a new level of respect and professionalism.

I know many of you feel as I do.

So I am giving notice that I do not have time to chase after those that INSIST on putting offers etc in the forums and in comments.

I will ban anyone who does this immediately.

People have worked VERY HARD to create this...

FOR YOU.

I'd also like to ask that those of you that feel the way I do about respecting each other and loving one another and helping each other to our successes...PLEASE...visit the forum this week and find the section that says I AGREE and add your comments.

I believe in ALL OF YOU.

Thank you,

Diane Hochman

Hi Diane:

Good for you on the "no tolerance" policy of spamming and recruiting. I know that I joined in order to learn from the best and to hopefully pay it forward myself. As a former traditional classroom teacher, you are right, there is absolutely nothing better than sharing information and teaching others how to utilize that information to their benefit. The excitement is infectious and there is no better feeling in the world than knowing you have taught something that will enhance someone's life. Your desire to protect the integrity of this site is to be admired and applauded!
Sincerely,
Danielle

I agree! I came to this site to learn about how to better my business, not to try to get people to join my business. It is very clear what the mission of this site is and those that can't comply shouldn't be allowed here. There are so many sites I am a member of where people try to sell me on their business when they can clearly look at my profile and see that I already have my own business. It's nice to have a site where I don't have to deal with that. I love networking, don't get me wrong, just don't want to be subjected to spam here. Thank you for keeping it all about learning and friendship.

First! (Just kidding). You girls rock (and guys). Anything that Kristen is a part of is sure to be successful. The weaker hands will be shaken off and the cream will rise to the top. Hey Kristen, you're the best! Peace. Good luck to all!

Diane, no doubt in my mind that there are many more here who support your our wishes to maintain professionalism, integrity and respect for all. The rest will simply fade away.

Y'all rock!

Cheers!
Rick

Hey Diane,

I totally agree - a lot of work has gone into this site with the goal of helping others. This is a safe learning environment not for spam or recruiting!

Thanks Diane!

Of course Diane,

100% agree. We already have enough fighting spam in our email inboxes.
Unsolicited offers and blatant advertising in this community is something really unprofessional, that bring down the image of our industry.

Regards and blessings to everyone,

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!! And I am also for ZERO TOLERANCE for spam here!!

Those who do not even realise what DIAMOND VALUES are being shared HERE,
are in the wrong place anyway!

There are more than enough business networks out there which do want people
to exchange and promote business oportunities - actually almost in every social
netowork you can promote yourself as ever you like.

The CLASSROOM is a place for focus, learning and respact. Not for cross-marketing chaos. grrr

Unfortunatelly if something is for free or too easy accessible human nature tends to think the content is "cheap" as well...!

People who do not ralise how much money has to be spend for various programs to get the real essenence out of training Web 2.0 have either never tried to learn this or will never be seriously interested in learning it. And therefore are blind to realise the GIFT of the LASER SHARP TRAINING RESOURCES which are being delivered on a plate here.

Who is not here for learning but instead spreads the old "competitive cold calling mindset" should leave this creative playground.

---> I would even suggest that prior to being accepted as member maybe there should be a mini-application with several awareness questions to be answered. As obviously the entry-promise not to be advertising does not reach every brain.

YOU GIRLS ROCK AND ARE ROLE MODELS FOR VIDIONS AND SUCCESS!

I AGREE Diane!

This is your baby. I along with a several others have been here since it's birth.

This has been a very safe place to learn and grow without being "hit on".
Time is precious and dodging spam balls takes time away from more
important issues that need to be dealt with.

As a Baby Boomer and not growing up with this technology, I have a deep gratitude to all of those that have graciously given of themselves to help
me learn everything about the technical stuff.

Then their is the Mindset of Marketing that is also taught. How valuable is that?

I have told you this before and will say it again ~ I appreciate that you have taken your time and talent to create a vehicle where people can come and Learn
to Lead by Following!

Thank You and God Bless You Diane

I absolutely agree! I get urgent messages all the time about the sites of others and how great their business is. I for one am tired of it. --and its relentless. Its great to be able to communicate here with people who have integrity and who can discuss and learn on another level. Your message was vital to this site and the work your staff put into this is fantastic. Congratulations to all who worked on this!
