Where do I actually get a capture box from?

How do I get a capture box to put on each of my site's? I've tried to figure this out but am stumped.

You get your "capture box" from inside your autorepsonder. Often it will be called "web Form" or "html code".

Most people are using Aweber for an autoresponder service. Just do a search for aweber in the search box above, and you will find some helpful videos.
